Second ChanceRoot Canal Retreatment
When a previous root canal fails to heal or becomes re-infected, retreatment gives the tooth a second chance. Dr. Tishbi removes the prior filling material, carefully cleans the canals again, and re-seals the tooth — often rescuing it from extraction.
SurgicalApicoectomy
When conventional root canal therapy is not enough, an apicoectomy provides a surgical solution. A small incision allows Dr. Tishbi to access the root tip, remove infected tissue, and place a filling — resolving infection where instruments cannot reach.
